StoryWalk© promotes healthy activity and literacy. Can you walk and read at the same time? Of course you can, when you take a StoryWalk© outdoors around the Library to read Leaves by David Ezra Stein.
The StoryWalk® Project was created by Anne Ferguson of Montpelier VT and developed in collaboration with the Vermont Bicycle & Pedestrian Coalition and the Kellogg Hubbard Library.

Participants must pick up a ticket 1/2 hour before program begins. Program is limited to the first 20 ticket holders. The Lego Club is for ages 5-12 ONLY. For safety reasons, this program is not appropriate for children under the age of 5.
Children and their families are invited to the weekly Saturday story time. Registration is not required.
On 4 consecutive Saturday's beginning October 5, in the nooks and crannies of the Children's Department, kids in grades K-3 are invited to read to certified therapy dogs between 11 a.m. and noon. Kids who attend all of the sessions will receive a "pawgraphed" book. First come, first served.
A story time for 2 and 3 year olds along with a caregiver.
