The history of Akron and Summit County stretches back over 200 years and in that time many of its citizens have schemed , murdered, injured or otherwise been up to no good against their fellow man. Archie the Talking Snowman is Coming Back to Life

For 35 years, children visited Archie, a 20 foot giant who debuted in Akron in 1968 at Chapel Hill Mall near the J.C. Penney Store. T his year Archie returns as part of Akron's annual Holidayfest at Lock 3.
