Use the KnowItNow app [1] on your iPhone, iPad, or other iOS device to get fast answers seven days a week,  7:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. You can also use the Know It Now service by text or on the web [2].

Monday-Thursday 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m  |  Friday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  |  Sunday noon - 5:00 p.m.
