Intro to Tai Chi

Relax and re-energize with Tai Chi, an "internal" Chinese martial art practiced for its health benefits and mind/body connections. Slow movements and mindful breathing make Tai Chi a good exercise for people of all ages and physical abilities. Certified instructor Nancy Gardner has been studying Chinese martial arts since 1985.
