Join Stephanie and Dr. Neal Sivula of Dancing Paws to discuss some essentials of geriatric pet care, including nutritional needs, supplements appropriate to encourage healthy aging, medical conditions common to senior pets and maintaining quality of life in geriatric dogs and cats. When you're renewing your items in our "my account" feature on the web, make sure you're completing the process. It's easy to miss the new screen that was added in a recent update of the software: Now, after you select items to renew and click "renew selected," you get a confirmation screen that says "The following item(s) will be renewed, would you like to proceed?" and you have to click "yes." After that, you'll get the final screen, where you should check the "status" column to see if your items were able to be renewed.

In May we used 39% less energy than we did in May, 2009. The energy-saving measures in our renovation project, which was funded by donations, are really saving taxpayer money.
