Public Libraries Frustrated by E-books’ Cost, Unavailability

Two of the big six publishers won't sell e-books to libraries, and another won't sell newly-released titles. Prices that libraries pay for e-books, are high: $84.99 for Dean Koontz’s new novel 77 Shadow Street, which is $13.99 on Amazon. Read more in  the Columbus Dispatch.
